Railway Wagon Wheelset 780 mm Wheel Set AAR / EN / TB Wheels and Axles

Breif introduction:
This 780mm wheel set is applied for 13t axle load railway freight wagons on 1000mm meter gauge railroad.
One wheel set consists of one axle and two wheels. The wheels are made by rolling forging and the material is CL60. The inner side distance of the wheelset is 924mm, the wheel thread diameter is 780mm and it dopts worn thread. The axles are made of LZ50 steel according to Chinese railway standards. The wheels and axle are mounted by interface fitting and the press force is around 80t-90t and the mount operation comply with TB/1718 standard.
The axle journal meets the assembly dimension requirements of C-type rolling bearing, the diameter of wheel seat is 165mm, and it adopt conical shaft structure. It adopts FAG 5’’*9’’ C type rolling bearing assembly, whose service life is 800,000km.
