Breif introduction:

This G type wheelset is applied for two axle bogies of 120 tons heavy load hot metal ladle rail car. When the ladle car is full loaded with molten metal, the total weight could reach 190 tons. This requires high quality wheels and axles in both structure and materials.

Main materials features:

1. Bearings are TIMKEN self-aligning bearing;
2. Wheels are rolling forged by China named wheels manufactured
3. Axles are from China named axles manufacturer
4. Axlebox body is made of grade B steel and the wearing plate are Q345B steel plate.
