CRH Economic Class Seat High Speed Train Ergonomic Adjustable Backrest Seat

Brief introduction:

This 2-person ergonomic seat is designed for CRH economic class carriage. The seat's backrest could be adjust to passenger's requirements. The seat could rotate 180 ° to meet train's drive reverse direction. The back of the seat is equipped with a foldable tray table, a magazine net pocket and power socket.

Structure description:

The main seat structure consists of a backrest and headrest, a seat cushion, a chair leg, side and center armrests, and a footrest-mounted slide rail. In addition, a fiberglass underlay has been added to the underside of the seat cushion for a decorative effect. The outer parts of the legs and chair legs are made of PVC and ABS respectively. The back plate of the cushion is made of ABS material, and there is an interface to install the
tea table and trash can.

The seat is equipped with a combined slider on the footrest, an upper slider on the underside of the movable seat cushion and a non-slip buckle also attached to the slider.The buckle control button is mounted on the front of the seat armrest and the buckle is moved by the passenger pressing the button. The button can be pressed down to stay in this position, which meets the needs of humanization. The tops of the backrest pad are equipped with skids that move in the sliding slots of the fixed backrest frame. The undersides of the backrest cushion are hinged to the rear end of the seat cushion and move as the seat cushion moves. The power of the seat cushion comes from the forward force of the human body.

There are fixed armrests on both sides of the seat, which mainly consist of armrests, hand switches, armrest holders, and inner and outer panels. The armrests are made of bent sheet steel and are coated with a self-heating polyurethane compound. They are attached to the armrest support with bolts welded to the underside and have manual switches. Then the inner and outer panels made of ABS material are connected to the armrest by brackets. The design of the center armrest, taking into account the convenience of getting on and off the
passengers, should allow it to be raised and placed between two pillows. The center armrest essentially consists of a bracket, an armrest and an outer shell. The armrest bracket is fixed between the leg bracket and the two backrest brackets, and the armrest is connected to the bracket by connecting pins and screws and rotated.The armrest is covered with self-heating polyurethane on the outside and the outer cushion is made of ABS plastic.
